DYEING    
VISPAA TEX Group has its own Dyeing Unit located in the outside of the tex city, Karur, having variety of Yarn Dyeing Machines. It consists of both Machine Dyeing and Manual Dyeing Process having various item of Dyeing Fastness. The Dyeing Plant can handle up to 3 Tones of Yarn per day. This can supply Dyed or Processed Yarn in lots varying from 5 Kilograms to 500 Kilograms. Our plant can handle even small lots without additional costs or Excess Waste water.

The Dyeing Process are frequently ketp on changing, based on the Customer's Requirement .

Hence, it is one of the Modern Dyeing Plants in Karur area.

 

  
   
 
 
 
WEAVING
   

The strength of VISPAA Group is to make a large number of Fabrics at any time. It produces 5000 Meters per day with 200 Employees. VISPAA Group uses Cotton, Polyester, Acrylic, Flex, Rayon Yarn in Production Process.

VISPAA Group is having Weaving Machines like Hand Looms, Power Looms, Auto Looms, Winding Machines, Warping Machines in a large number.

VISPAA Group is having Quality Team in the name of “QUALITY PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM” for avoiding the bugs at the time of Weaving itself and get the results with better quality.


   
 
 
EMBROIDERY      

The Embroidery unit of Vispaa Group situated in the center of the city, in an air-conditioned, sophisticated set up. Our Machines are fully computerized with advance technology. Unit has variety of colors with sufficient part for making and implement the attractive designing. There are 10 employees working on Embroidery unit to identify the mistakes and make the corrections. We have a small Embroidery machine especially for sample developments.

 

  
STITCHING

The Stitching Unit of Vispaa Group located in the heart of the city, in a sophisticated Building. Vispaa Group has over 150 sewing machines with over lock, lay cutting and end cutting. We only use well sophisticated and new technology machines for making the quality of products. Only the trained employees with high experience are working in the stitching unit . At any circumstances, we assure that we can only deliver quality products.
